Justice-in-Education scholar Egypt Dior (cohort 2020) was accepted and successfully completed the ten-session seminar “Humanities Musical Journey: Exploring Urban America,” for which he wrote the essay “I Honor You!!” on the artist Cani-bus.

Egypt also contributed to the special issue on COVID-19 in Synapsis. A Journal of Medical Humanities with a piece titled “Autoethnography in her own song-lyrics.”
